  • name,
  • business email address,
  • organization,
  • message.

The website and its hosting infrastructure may also process ordinary technical information generated when a website is accessed, such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, request headers, request time and security or server-log information.

The Request a Private Demo form does not currently store submitted enquiry data in the WordPress database. Its intended function is to send the enquiry by email to Zetly.

3. Why we process your information

We process information submitted through the website in order to:

  • respond to your enquiry;
  • arrange and provide a private demo;
  • communicate about a potential business, partnership, commercial or investment relationship;
  • maintain the security and proper operation of the website;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

Depending on the context, processing of enquiry data may be based on:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; or
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, developing professional relationships and protecting our business and website.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the nature of the enquiry, the information provided and the reasonable expectations of the person contacting us.

4. How long we keep information

We normally retain business enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact.

If a business or contractual relationship begins, relevant correspondence may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for any additional period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Technical and security logs, where generated by production hosting or infrastructure providers, may be retained for shorter operational or security periods determined by the relevant service configuration.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Zetly will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard required by applicable data-protection law, where such safeguards are required.
